What we do
“Sport has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does. It speaks to youth in a language they understand. Sport can create hope, where once there was only despair. It is more powerful than governments in breaking down racial barriers” (Nelson Mandela, 2000).
Our mission is to use rugby, education and healthcare to create a safe space and enabling environment for children and young people in Rio’s most vulnerable regions, where they can access and forge new opportunities, develop and pursue their aspirations and where they can build confidence in their own identities.
